The Cabinet

The Cabinet was born not in a boardroom, but in the back of a Yukon packed with children kool aid jammers headed to ski school and in the passenger seat of a pick up truck headed to far-off farms and old sheds unearthing antique finds— each object a fragment of forgotten history. My parents—a travel agent and an antique dealer- taught us to see the world as something to be discovered, preserved, and passed on.

Mystery trips led us west—panning for gold at the base of the Sierra Nevadas, walking through ghost towns, or tracking wildlife under a starlit Rocky Mountain sky with preservationists. We didn’t just travel—we inherited a sense of place.

That spirit lives on in The Cabinet: a brand shaped by reverence for beauty, adventure, and meaning. A home for those drawn to heirlooms with stories, timeless refinement, and the joy of building a legacy worth passing on.
