Film Snob : San Francisco Top Five

All of these films- (listed in no particular order), hold a special place in my heart. San Francisco has a special charm, although not all of these films are feel good tales- they all make up for the song and dance in shot selections that preserve the beauty that can be found here. All of the films included in this list have scenes shot within proximity to the cross streets mentioned in Dashiell Hammet’s Maltese Falcon immortalized by “Spade” played by Humphrey Bogart in the 1941 film.
