Breaking Ungodly Soul Ties

Prayer to Break Soul Tie

In the mighty name of Jesus, I denounce and break every ungodly soul tie between myself and [_________________]. I release any emotional, spiritual, or mental connection and declare my freedom from their influence. I choose to surrender this soul tie to God and invite his healing and restoration into my life.

But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God. From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen. Galatians 6:14-18 (ESV)

Hold tightly to your intention to release any stronghold and stand in authority knowing that whatever is bound here on Earth is bound in Heaven. Invite the Holy Spirit to dwell in your space, and while doing so accept healing and restoration. In this I’d recommend to continue praying on the initial (person, place, and situations):

Therefore, I [STATE YOUR NAME] have been crucified to sexual immorality, sexual covenants and they have been crucified to me so by the cross of Jesus Christ I break every soul tie and ungodly bond with [_________________]. Every spirit that was transferred to me through sex I renounce it in Jesus’ name.

I command their human spirit bound back to their body, and I send all of their sin and warfare and corruption bound back to the throne of Christ in their life. I forbid them or their warfare or their sin to transfer to me. And I allow only the love of the ONE TRUE LIVING GOD, only the bond of the Holy Spirit, between us. In Jesus’ Mighty, Majestic, and Matchless name, Amen.

Godly Soul Ties: 1 Samuel 18:1 Genesis 2:24 Ungodly Soul Tie: 1 Corinthians 6:16

Throw off your old evil nature and your former way of life, which is rotten through and through, full of lust and deception. Instead, there must be a spiritual renewal of your thoughts and attitudes. You must display a new nature because you are a new person, created in God’s likeness— righteous, holy, and true.
— Ephesians 4:22-24 (NLT)

Repent then, turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.
— Acts 3:19
